Domain & Hosting (Obligatory)
To launch your website, hosting and a domain name are required. As well maintenance is an important part of the aftercare once your website has been launched.
Option 1 – Your Own Hosting Account with Siteground
- Domain: approximately $20-$25 per year
- Hosting via SiteGround.com
- Year 1: approx. $2.99 per month (introductory offer) ($36 per year)
- Year 2+: approx. $17.99 per month
Hosting and domain will be charged directly to your own credit card through your SiteGround account. I help you set-up.
Hosting includes as well: SSL certificate, Basic security, malware scanning, advanced protection (firewall etc), backups
If you register your domain through SiteGround, you will receive a professional email address with your domain (example: info@yourbusiness.com).
Email Setup
- You create and setup your own email address.
- You manage your own email account.
- if technical issue arise you may contact the siteground helpdesk they are there to help you with questions and issues
- or use my support that is billed at $45 per hour.
Option 2 – Hosting via Tropic Branding (My Account)
- $100 per year (one- page website)
- Four page / six-eight page websites: first year $150/ second year $200 per year
- Fully managed by me in my account. Always optional to transfer to a private siteground account in future.
If your hosting is under the Tropic Branding account:
Email Setup Service Included
I will create the email address and I will send you instructions for you to install your email on your computer and mobile devices.
- Email issues after installation are included only if you choose the Monthly Maintenance & Technical Care Package.
- Without the maintenance package, email support is billed at $52 per hour (or part of it).
Website Training (Optional)
1 -Hour Personal Website Training – $350
This is optional because you may also choose the maintenance package instead.
During training you will learn how to:
- Update text and headings
- Change images
- Add photos to your gallery
- Maintain plugins
- Perform small edits yourself

Note: all website owners receive videos on how to update plugins and make small changes in text and pictures for free. The Website Training ($350 – 1 hour) is per zoom or in person depending on the location and includes more detailed explanations.
Monthly Maintenance & Technical Updates (Optional)
$15 per month (one-page website)
$180 per year (paid upfront)
starting at $45 per month (4 -5 page websites)
invoiced per year (paid upfront)
starting at $75 (6+ pages websites )
Price depends on project and extra features like booking systems, and expected changes per month.
A personalized price will be given when the scope of the project is clear.
This package includes:
Essential plugin updates
Technical maintenance
Security and performance monitoring
Website stability checks
30 minutes per month for small content changes
(text updates, price adjustments, image swaps, small edits)
Regular plugin updates are essential to keep your website secure and functioning properly.
If you choose to manage updates yourself and errors occur, fixes will be billed at $52 per hour.
If your hosting is under my account at Siteground and you choose this package:
Email technical support is included.
If you do not choose this monthly maintenance & technical update package:
- Email or website technical fixes are billed at $52 per hour. Plus any additional cost that might be needed for bigger technical issues that need help from the back-end support with special tickets from the hosting provider will be billed accordingly.

I strongly recommend choosing the Monthly Maintenance & Technical Update Package
With this package, you don’t have to worry about plugin updates, technical issues, or small changes to your website. I take care of everything for you and make sure your website stays secure, updated, and running smoothly.
You also have 30 minutes per month for small adjustments, and I am available to assist you with any questions or changes concerning your website.
This is the most convenient and stress-free option, and it’s the solution most of my clients choose.
Payment Structure
Website Design – One-Page website – $400
- Paid 100% upfront before development starts.
Four-Page Website – $1,200
- Paid 100% upfront before development starts.
Six to Eight Page Website – $1,750
Paid 75% upfront before development starts and the balance before the website goes live.
One- Day website design (4 page) website – $1,650
Paid 100% before the design day.
Hosting
- If using SiteGround: paid directly by you through your own account. At the beginning of the project, other wise we wont be able to start.
- If hosting via my account at Siteground under Tropic Branding: paid before website goes live.
Optional Services
- extra add-ons for one page website – before the start of project
- Website Training ($350) – paid before the website goes live.
- Monthly Maintenance ($/year) – paid before the website goes live.
- Extra pages – prized per project (between $150 and $250 per page)

Please note that the are the new prices taken effect as of June 1 2026. Contracts agreed upon and signed before June 1 will remain at the current pricing.
